As part of your spending account program with Lifetime Benefit Solutions (LBS), you have 24/7 access to your account through our online member portal and the LBS Health Spending mobile app.

First Time Log In Instructions
If this is your first time logging in, LBS will have an initial username and password set up for you. Follow the instructions and example below.

Initial Username Your initial username is the first letter for your first name, your full last name, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). Example: John Smith | SSN: 123-45-6789 Initial Username: jsmith6789 |
Initial Password Your initial password is the first letter of your first name (lowercase) followed by your five-digit zip code. Example: John Smith | Zip Code: 12345 Initial Password: j12345 |
