If you elect COBRA coverage through Lifetime Benefit Solutions (LBS), you have 24/7 access to your account through our online portal. The member portal allows you to do things such as:

  • View plan and payment information
  • Update your personal contact information
  • Make a single payment or set up automatic recurring payments
  • Set your communication preferences and view past messages

You can set up and access your account through our website. Be sure to have the COBRA enrollment packet handy that you previously received from LBS to complete your online account registration.

To access the COBRA portal, click on the Login button in the upper right hand corner of the website, then click "Members" from the dropdown menu. From the Member Login page, click the "COBRA Login" button and you will be directed to the COBRA portal page.

 


 

From there, follow these simple steps to create your online account:

Step 1

Click on the New User Registration button.

Step 2

Enter the registration code from your COBRA enrollment packet. This code can be found on the last page of the packet. Please note that the registration code is case sensitive. Continue to enter the remaining registration information and click on Submit Registration.

Step 3

Review the user license agreement, select the I Accept check box, and click Submit.

Step 4

Enter a valid email address and create a username and password. The username and password are case sensitive and will need to be entered exactly the same each time you log in to your account. Click the Submit & Create Account button.
