Lifetime Benefit Solutions names Alex Levi president

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Lifetime Benefit Solutions (LBS) has named Alex Levi president, effective Oct. 3, 2026. Levi also serves as vice president of strategic partnerships and will lead LBS’s operations and growth strategy.

LBS helps employers administer employee benefits and supports health plans with payment integrity services. The company serves more than 200,000 plan participants across all 50 states, with offerings that include spending accounts, COBRA administration, employee education benefits and services that help identify and recover healthcare claims overpayments.

Levi’s combined role brings together LBS’s benefits administration and payment integrity offerings with broader operational services. The goal is to make it easier for client organizations to access services that support their day-to-day operations.

Levi brings two decades of experience in telecommunications and healthcare, spanning customer care, operations and strategic service delivery. He served as vice president of customer operations at Excellus BlueCross BlueShield for seven years before expanding his responsibilities to oversee payment integrity products and services for the organization.
