Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. (LBS) is in the process of enhancing our LBS Online Non-Discrimination Testing Service.
As part of the enhancement, we have added new testing options:
- Self-Funded/Health Reimbursement Account Eligibility and Benefits Test
- Cafeteria Plan Contributions and Benefits Test
- Dependent Care Assistance Program Contributions and Benefits Test
If you have a calendar year plan:
You will not be able to begin your 2022 testing until March 1, 2022, or shortly thereafter. As soon as the upgrade has been completed you will receive an e-mail indicating your plan has been renewed with instructions on how to access the service.
If you have a non-calendar year plan:
You will have access throughout the upgrade.
From February 23, 2022 to March 1, 2022, you will begin to notice the enhancements.
