LBS Employee Support

Lifetime Benefit Solutions has partnered with your employer to offer you some additional support – to help ease your financial burden and give you one less thing to worry about during this unprecedented time.  The funds are made available to you via a no-fee, pre-paid debit card, enabled by Lifetime Benefit Solutions, and generously funded by your employer.

We offer two programs*, and depending on which your employer has set up for you, each program can cover a unique set of potential eligible expenses: 

Emergency Funds Account Potential Eligible Expenses

 
  • Telecommunications equipment including telephone sales
  • Telecommunication service including local and long-distance calls, credit card calls, calls through use of magnetic-strip reading telephones and fax services
  • Computer network/information services
  • Cable and other pay television
  • Utilities – electric, gas, sanitary, and water
  • Motor vehicle supplies and new parts
  • Hardware equipment and supplies
  • Plumbing and heating equipment
  • Pharmacy stores
  • Wholesale clubs
 
  • Discount stores
  • Grocery stores, supermarkets
  • Dairy products stores
  • Service stations (with or without ancillary services)
  • Automated fuel dispensers
  • Drug stores and pharmacies
  • Direct marketers (not elsewhere classified)
  • Real estate agents and managers – rentals
  • Laundry, cleaning, and garment services
  • Laundry – family and commercial
 
       

 

Work From Home Account Potential Eligible Expenses

 
  • Telecommunications equipment including telephone sales

  • Office and commercial furniture
  • Computers, computer peripheral equipment, software
  • Stationary, office supplies, printing, and writing paper
  • Home supply warehouse stores
  • Wholesale clubs
 
  • Discount stores
  • Furniture, home furnishings, and equipment stores (except appliances)
  • Electronic sales
  • Computer software stores
  • Stationary stores, office and school supply stores
  • Direct marketing (not elsewhere classified)
  • Computer maintenance, repair, and services (not elsewhere classified)
  • Equipment rental and leasing services, tool rental, furniture rental, and appliance rental
  • Business services (not elsewhere classified)
 
       

 

These are comprehensive lists of qualified expenses that may be covered by the Emergency Funds Account and the Work from Home Account.  However, the programs may be customized for each business and their staff to cover a targeted number of retail categories.  To confirm the specific retail categories that your account can be used for, please reach out to your employer’s Human Resources department.
