Image of Employees on the web enrollment websiteThe Online Benefits Enrollment (Flexible Benefit Administration) department develops online web enrollment sites.  This user-friendly, easy to navigate enrollment tool provides all the necessary information for the employees to make informed benefit elections.

By working with our clients we provide a web enrollment tool that is customizable to their benefit package and company policy and procedures. We also work closely with Lifetime Benefit Solutions’ Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Compliance departments to ensure your benefits are compliant with section 125 rules and regulations.

The websites are designed for new hire elections, Qualified Life Event Changes, including terminations and annual open enrollments. Pertinent benefit elections and changes, including terminations, can be passed to carriers as well as our FSA and COBRA Administration departments for our clients.

Billing and carrier reconciliation as well as carrier premium remittance are services we also provide for our clients.
